Dragon Ball Characters Coming to Fortnite?
It was in a relatively vague tweet to those unfamiliar with Dragon Ball that the Fortnite Twitter account posted an image of a golden dragon with the tagline ” Speak, Name your wish.” Obviously, this is a reference to the mystical Dragon, Shenron, that grants 3 wishes to the user. Although Epic Games didn’t outright say it, it’s safe to assume that the Dragon Ball Characters will be coming soon to Fortnite with other amazing abilities. Expect a flying Goku, Super Sayain Transformations, and the iconic Kamehameha wave blast as a usable technique. Still, it’s unclear which skins and items will be making their way to the game. As in Fortnite’s uber list of mash-ups with other media franchises, there seems to be little rhyme or reason behind the data size of the DLC. Fortnite sometimes makes big additions to the series and sometimes features just 1 character. The crossover with Naruto featured four characters, but recent additions such as Marvel’s Moon Knight solely featured the main character. Fortnite continues to make inclusions from every major franchise to its expansive Battle Royale game, as it recently featured John Cena. Other characters were also added, such as Nathan Drake from the Uncharted Series, Dwayne Johnson, and Bruno Mars. Virtual attendees were also added along with the Coachella festival.
